Making a purchase

We’ve tried to make it as enjoyable and easy to buy beautiful sterling silver jewellery with gemstones from SPA Zodiac Jewellery. We hope you enjoy browsing our online store and when you find a bracelet that you love, simply click on ‘Add to cart’. You can then either continue shopping, or click on ‘Checkout’ to complete the simple purchase process.

We accept all major credit cards with payment being made via a Secure (SSL) interface using Stripe or Paypal, our payment service providers (PSPs).


The Seller is SPA Zodiac Jewellery. The Buyer is any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy goods from the Seller.

Goods mean any goods provided by the Seller in accordance with the Sellers standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions of Sale supersede any previous Terms & Conditions of Sale of the Seller. Any variations of these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and will not otherwise be valid. Any waiver by the Seller of these Terms & Conditions of Sale on any occasion shall merely act as a waiver on that occasion, and shall not affect the Sellers right to enforce these Terms & Conditions on any further occasion; no Terms & Conditions stipulated by the Buyer shall have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing from the Seller.

Force Majeure

SPA Zodiac Jewellery will not be liable to the Buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract because of any delay or non-performance directly or indirectly due to any cause beyond SPA Zodiac Jewellery’s reasonable control including without limitation lack of adequate instructions from the Buyer, Governmental regulations or requirements, Acts of God, unavailability of materials, work stoppages, strikes, slowdowns, boycotts or other industrial action and in such case may wholly or partially suspend shipment of Goods.

Faulty goods

If any goods are found to be damaged on delivery or appear to be faulty please contact us immediately before returning anything. We can then provide a return authorisation and record the fault.

Goods are to be returned by the customer and must be sent by a carrier or postal service of sufficient value cover and in sufficient packaging as to protect the product. In transportation this method must also obtain a signature on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for goods unless or until signed for by authorised personnel of SPA Zodiac Jewellery at our named official address by registered post.

Credit card security

Credit card numbers are not held on this website. A credit card number will be requested only when within the secure (SSL) area of our Payment Service Providers. See Security and Privacy for more information.

  • Personal data about you if you transact as a guest -– When you place an order with us, we will require your name, postal address, telephone number and email address in order to supply you with the services and products advertised on our website.

  • Ordering as a guest or with your account - If you place an order you may request that the fulfilment is delivered to another address. We therefore capture the delivery address for order fulfilment.

  • Transaction personal data collection – When you order online and pay using the services offered at checkout, to make payment from merchants to process payments, we collect information about the transaction, as well as other information such as amount paid for products and merchant information to complete the transaction, device information, technical usage data and geo-location information.

  • If you request astrological information we will collect your name, date, time and location of birth in order to fulfill our service to you.

  • If you enter a SPA Zodiac Jewellery competition we collect your name, postal address, email address and phone number on occasions.

  • To the best of our knowledge no personal identifiable data unless requested and opted into is shared with any third parties – excluding payment gateways.

  • Should you contact us via email, telephone, letter, or social media, we may collect data to be able to provide you with a service or product. The data collected in these circumstances are subject to the same policies as set out here. 

Profiling Data

SPA Zodiac Jewellery profiles personal identifiable data when you enter a competition online. The date of birth is collected together with name, address, email and phone number. The SPA Zodiac Jewellery business gains demographical insights by reporting on the ages of the entrants to the competition. This information is for insight only and is not used in any other way.

If you enter a competition run by SPA Zodiac Jewellery, we will only share your data with third-parties if you have consented for us to do so at the time of entering the competition.

Storing of your data:

We will retain the data provided to us during an ordering process for as long as legally required, which is a minimum of 7 years. We may retain the data collected for longer than legally required if it is in our legitimate business interests and not prohibited by law. We will not use your data to contact you regarding marketing unless you have consented to it.

Cookies are typically removed or cleared once you have logged out of our website.

The data collected via our website is held on a server which is subject to GDPR compliancy.
